Lal Sobuj Foundation, a non-profit volunteer organization, recognized and celebrated the dedication and exceptional efforts of its volunteers during a workshop titled 'Shape Your Career' In this event, 22 volunteers were honored in three distinct categories:
1. Best Assets of Lal Sobuj (8 Volunteers): This category acknowledged the outstanding contributions of eight volunteers who have been valuable assets to the organization.
2. Best Volunteers 2017 (9 Volunteers): Nine volunteers were recognized as the best volunteers of 2017 for their exceptional dedication and service to the foundation.
3. Emerging Asset of Lal Sobuj (5 Volunteers): This category celebrated the emerging talents within the organization, with five volunteers receiving recognition for their promising contributions.
The awards were presented during the workshop, and the recipients received crests and certificates for their outstanding service. The event was attended by Mr. Shams Ud Dowla, Assistant Manager of International Business Division at Renata Limited, Mr. Hamidur Rahman, Senior Officer at Bank Asia Ltd, and Rokib Rubaiyat Rahman, Founder of Golpography, who presented the awards. A R Khan Bappy, President of Lal Sobuj Foundation, also awarded some of the volunteers and encouraged them to continue their dedication and effort to enhance the organization's effectiveness.
Bappy emphasized that the success of Lal Sobuj Foundation is the result of collective efforts from every member, patron, and well-wisher. The event served as a platform to appreciate and motivate volunteers who play a vital role in the organization's achievements.

- Emerging Assets of Lal Sobuj: Mahabuba, Shipon Chakrabarty, Shamema Farhana, Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman, and Labiba Anzum.
